Upload an OPG and Exostan detects the third molar and all 12 landmarks automatically. Your role is to check and approve. To correct a point, drag it (a magnifier appears while dragging). Click a landmark name below to select it, then use the arrow keys to nudge it, or click the image to move it there. Drop a JPG or PNG export onto the viewer; export DICOM to PNG first.

Decision support prototype. Angulation, depth and ramus relation are measured from verified landmarks and scored with the Pederson index. IAN likelihood combines root to canal distance with Rood and Shehab signs weighted by published likelihood ratios. A panoramic radiograph cannot rule out nerve contact; CBCT is the reference standard. The treating dentist remains responsible for every clinical decision.
