Dr. Jazla Fadda is a public health specialist with a background in dentistry and a Master of Public Health from the University of Liverpool. She began as a research coordinator and instructor at the Center for Strategic Health Studies in Damascus, then consulted for the World Health Organization Kobe Centre in Japan on its Global Programme for Urban Health Equity.
In Dubai she led the Hospital and Healthcare Management specialization at the American University in the Emirates, founded the Visionary Mindset training institute, and has taught healthcare operations, leadership, ethics and health economics to MBA and postgraduate students for years.
To the public she is the calm expert on screen: on Sky News Arabia, Alhurra, Al Arabiya, Dubai TV, Sharjah TV, the Saudi Al Ekhbariya channel and more, explaining outbreaks, nutrition, ageing, climate and everyday health in Arabic and English.
