Privacy at Cortex

Information you submit

We save the details you choose to submit in a partnership brief, learning signup or feedback form. The Cortex site owner uses them to review your request and respond. A form confirms success only after the submission has been saved. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents through these forms.

Optional website analytics

Analytics start only after you choose Allow analytics. We count page views, approximate visits, broad referring sources, device category and browser performance. We also keep a pseudonymous timeline of page visits, scroll milestones, active-time milestones and clicks to Whop for up to 14 days. A random session identifier stays in your browser tab and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics exclude typed form content, names, email addresses, URL query strings and card data. We do not make screen recordings. Checkout clicks do not prove a purchase.

You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Withdrawal stops future analytics; previously collected aggregate totals may remain. Your preference is stored on this device.

Hosting, security and payments

The site uses Cloudflare infrastructure through Sites. Our application uses temporary hashed network identifiers for request limits; it does not save raw IP addresses in its analytics dashboard. These security counters expire automatically and are removed as requests arrive. Hosting and security providers may process technical connection data and use security cookies under their own policies.

Purchases take place on Whop. Whop handles checkout and payment information under its own policies; Cortex does not collect card details on this site. Google Analytics and session-replay services are not connected at this time.

Your choices

Only the site owner can access saved submissions and analytics. To ask for a correction or removal of your submitted information, use the feedback form on the homepage and provide the email used for your original submission. For a session-timeline deletion request, contact the owner while the 14-day retention period is active; we may need additional information to locate the relevant record. Local learning progress and demo credits can be exported or cleared from the learning dashboard.
