Privacy at Cortex

Information you submit

We save the details you choose to submit in a partnership brief, contact enquiry, learning signup or feedback form. The Cortex site owner uses them to review your request and respond. A form confirms success only after the submission has been saved. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents through these forms.

Lifestyle and optional fit details

Collection requests can include your product, size and styling choices. Chest, waist, shoulder, length and preferred ease are saved only when you choose to attach them. Optional height and weight stay on the page and are not submitted. Apple Health and Eufy are not connected. Fit-change requests do not require weight loss or medical data. Only the owner can review and export these details. Use the contact form with your request reference to ask for correction or deletion.

Optional website analytics

Analytics start only after you choose Allow analytics. We count page views, approximate visits, broad referring sources, device category, browser family, approximate country supplied by our hosting provider and browser performance. We also keep a pseudonymous timeline of page visits, scroll milestones, active-time milestones and clicks to Whop for up to 14 days. A random session identifier stays in your browser tab and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics exclude typed form content, names, email addresses, URL query strings and card data. We do not make screen recordings. Checkout clicks do not prove a purchase.

Google Analytics

When you choose Allow analytics, this site also loads Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location, how you reached the site and which contact or social links you click. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics does not load before you give permission, when you decline, or when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. It never receives what you type into forms.

You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy choices at the bottom of any page. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Withdrawal stops future analytics, including Google Analytics; previously collected aggregate totals may remain. To remove Google Analytics cookies already set, clear this site’s cookies in your browser. Your preference is stored on this device.

Hosting, security and payments

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Our application does not save IP addresses with submissions or analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical connection data and use security cookies under their own policies.

Purchases take place on Whop. Whop handles checkout and payment information under its own policies; Cortex does not collect card details on this site. Session-replay services are not connected.

Your choices

Only the site owner can access saved submissions and analytics. To ask for a correction or removal of your submitted information, use the feedback form on the homepage and provide the email used for your original submission. For a session-timeline deletion request, contact the owner while the 14-day retention period is active; we may need additional information to locate the relevant record. Local learning progress and demo credits can be exported or cleared from the learning dashboard.
