Bali calm. Dubai scale.

Football pitch, basketball court, convertible indoor and outdoor padel, a Bali inspired gym with hot tubs, gardens, a dog park and a certified helipad. Leo has the run of the lawns.

Every room has its own panel that controls everything inside it. Every owner gets a master device for their entire villa or palace. The cars, the carts, the gates, the lights and the pools all run on the Cortex AI layer, so anything can be controlled from a phone.
